John D. Surber Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D. Surber (Lebanon, Indiana), who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Larry" W. and Norma I. Surber (Venis); and his brother Richard T. Surber. He is survived by: his siblings, Allen R. Surber of Lebanon, Marcia Rady (Joe) of Lebanon, Barbara Newman (Roy) of Lebanon and Chris Large (Steve) of North Port, Florida; his niece Angela Brown (Mark) of Lebanon; his nephew Carl "Joe" Rady Jr. (Megan Shoemaker-Rady) of Lebanon; and his great-nephew Carter Hammons of Lebanon.
