He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Baldwin (Marquis) of Clinton; his children, Jeremy Cummins (Brittany) of Crawfordsville, Ammie Baker (Jessie) of Lebanon, Amber Baldwin (Joseph Floyd) of Terre Haute and John D. Baldwin, Jr. (Misty) of Terre Haute; his grandchildren, David Manco of Crawfordsville, Austin Cummins of Lafayette, Jessa Baker of Lebanon and Jaxson Baker of Lebanon; and his brothers, Patrick L. Baldwin of Lebanon, Ronald D. Baldwin of Lebanon, Scott Clevenger of Lebanon, Roy E. Clevenger of Lebanon and Mike A. Clevenger of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
