She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kelley and Berneese Kelley (Shoemaker); her former husband Don E. Frick; her stepmother Roberta Kelley; and her siblings, Rudy Kelley, Larry Kelley, Judy Bowen and Betty Todd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Urbanski and Carrie Newlun (Shane) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Derek, Ashley Mullens and Jessie Sharkey (Michael); her great grandchildren, Payton, Mason, Ellie Joan, Bella and Tessa; her brother Bruce Kelley of Florida; and her stepsiblings, Larry Sheets of Arkansas, Bob Sheets of Lebanon and Shirley Dane of Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed in her memory to charity of the donor's choice or Lebanon Bible Baptist, 1530 Riley Road, Lebanon, Indiana.
