She is survived by: her husband Leon Smith of Lebanon; her sons, Steve Smith of Lebanon and Scott Smith of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Tessa Cheyenne Shaw (Dominic) of Lebanon and Brandon M. Smith of Lebanon; her great grandchildren, Camila and Lacoa Smith; and her brothers, Brian Wray of Crawfordsville and John Wray of Crawfordsville.
