She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Margaret Elizabeth Gibbs (Black); her spouse Jerry J. Johnson; her son Jeffrey Johnson; and her parents-in-law, Thomas and Kathryn Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Judi Hendrix (Albert), Joe Johnson (Sheila) and Jaime Johnson Ramsey (Danny); her grandchildren, Kassi Rodibaugh (Jeremy), Trevin Poole (Jessica), Paige Campbell (Clayton), Nicholas Johnson (Brooke), Hilary Johnson, Rylee Anderson (Adam) and Cole Ramsey; her sister Janice Kersey; her nieces, Kelli Heimbach (Brian) and Michelle Martin (Troy); and her nephew Drs. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
