He was predeceased by: his parents, James Louis Sr. and Elva Mae Williams; his wife Kathleen; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his children, Anne Thomas (Jeffrey), Andrew Williams (Maryann) and Mark Williams (Kathy); his grandchildren, Katherine Canady (Shawn), Nicholas Williams (Taylor), Garrett Arisman, Daniel Williams (Ellen), Hannah Arisman, Timothy Williams, Rachel Williams, Audrey Williams and Jonathan Williams; and his great grandchildren, Charles and Addison Canady. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his honor to the charity of the donor's choice.
