He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Irwin and Trecil Irwin; his wife Ola Irwin; and his siblings, Keith Irwin, Luanna Lewandowski and Mildred LaGrange.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Irwin (Gina) of Lebanon, Jeff Irwin (Vickie King) of Lebanon and Brian Irwin (Shana) of Lebanon; his sisters, Bonnie Wethington and Evelyn Wooten; his grandchildren, Nicole, Renae, Matt, Brittany, Andrew, Jarrod Irwin, Alicia Kemp, Jacelyn Lafary (Kyle) and Marlayna Kemp; and his great grandchildren, Jacklynn Irwin, Ethan Hussung and Fletcher Lafary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
