He is survived by: his wife Shelby Bishop (Ramsey) of Lebanon; his son Terry Bishop (Kim) of Sheridan; his son-in-law Reid Waitt of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Brant Bishop (Melissa), Robin Parkhurst (Camden), Brooke Bishop, Taylor Waitt (Katie) and Katherine Schultz (Mac); and his great grandchildren, Lyla Bishop, Jack Bishop, Kylie Parkhurst, Cooper Parkhurst and Ava Waitt.
