It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry D. Ashworth Sr. of Lebanon, Indiana, born in Tupelo, Arkansas, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ashworth and Polly Ashworth (Short); his wife Imogene Ashworth (Glaze); his son Barry Ashworth; his grandson-in-law Brian Brandt; his great grandchildren, Melissa Ashworth and Brayden Brandt; his brother Sterling Ashworth; and his stepsister Charlene Harrison.
He is survived by: his children, Harry Ashworth Jr. and Sandy Wilson (Steve); his daughter-in-law Laura Ashworth; his grandchildren, Sarah Kovell (Douglas), Andrea Brandt, Joni Jones (Lewis), Shawnda Jones (Doug) and Amanda Moon (Jesse); and his stepsiblings, Cleve Clinghan, Steve Clinghan, Shirley Townsend and Pat Ashby.
Memorials may be directed in his memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
