She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Andrew and Margaret Irene Trostle (Burgard); and her close friend Eugene Charles Taylor. She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Shutt; her children, Cynthia Swails (Gary) of Pittsboro, Cheri Shutt of Indianapolis, Christine DeVaney (Spencer) of Avon and Brian Shutt (Kimberly) of Lebanon; and her siblings, Wayne Trostle of East Berlin, Pennsylvania, Clyde Trostle of East Berlin, Pennsylvania, Ruth Ann Miller (Louis) of East Berlin, Pennsylvania, Sandra Hughes (Clint) of East Berlin, Pennsylvania and Debra Williams of East Berlin, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
