With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Avels Morton (Lebanon, Indiana), who passed away on October 20, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lovern and Dorothy Caroline Morton (Avels); and his son-in-law Steven Whipkey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Morton (Duff); his children, Kendra Whipkey, Kristen Nagel (Dave) and Kevin Morton (Christa); his grandchildren, Alex Whipkey, Evan Whipkey, Nicholas Richart, Zachary Nagel, Jacob Nagel and Larissa Morton; his sister Linda Pratt (Thomas); and his nieces, Carla Pratt Keyes and Diane Heavner.
