He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Eugene and Ruby Mae Maxwell (Pruett); and his siblings, William E. Maxwell, Robert E. Maxwell and Pamela L. Maxwell.
He is survived by: his children, Jammie E. Maxwell (Morgan) of Lebanon, Jeremy E. Maxwell (Amanda) of Clermont, Marlana Walbert (Jared) of Crawfordsville and Jason Maxwell of Lebanon; and his siblings, Ronald L. Maxwell (Holly) of Lebanon, Larry D. Maxwell of Charlotte, Darlene Ryan of Columbia, Anna Papaleo of Chardon, Cynthia Maxwell of Thorntown and Brenda Fairfield of Lebanon. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
