She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth McCutchan and Mary Josephine McCutchan (Mankin); her sons, Kenneth Michael Whitaker and Nicholas Alan Whitaker; and her sister Glenda Seymour.

She is survived by: her husband Paul William Whitaker of Lebanon; her daughter Debra Campbell (Michael) of Lebanon; her daughters-in-law, Sheryl Whitaker and Amy Whitaker; her grandchildren, Jerico Whitaker (Sara Perry), Josh Whitaker (Julie) and Kaitlinn Pryor (Josh); her great grandchildren, Jackson Whitaker, Emma Whitaker and Madison Pryor; and her sister Sharon Summers (Jim).
