He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Henry and Geraldine Kincaid (Hale); his former wife Mary Kincaid Williams (McCollum); his son Terry Kincaid; and his son-in-law Jon Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kincaid (Wynkoop) of Lebanon; his children, Mike Kincaid (Ann) of Lebanon, Debbie Culley (Terry) of Lebanon, Karen Redding of Illinois, Joni Hale (Jim) of Lebanon, Pat Kincaid of Lebanon, Lori Kincaid of Lebanon and Amy Kincaid (Robert Edwards) of Lebanon; his stepson Charles Trosper (Carla) of Missouri; and his siblings, Jim Kincaid (Arlene) of Florida, Paula Farris (Ron) of Lebanon and Beverly Tyree of Frankfort. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
