She was predeceased by: her parents, George Eugene and Martha Ann McDaniel (Brandenburg); her husband Larry K. Riggins; her sisters-in-law, Sharon McDaniel and Judith Riggins; and her pet Cocoa.
She is survived by: her friends, Kay Pauley-French, Patty Rex, Karen Dickerson-Lang and Nancy Swisher; her children, Scott M. Riggins (Hendrkje) of Würzburg, Germany and Shari K. Riggins of Lebanon; her stepson Troy Portish (Beth) of Lebanon; her brother Toby McDaniel of Rochester, Illinois; her grandchildren, Daniel J. Riggins (Julia) of Würzburg, Jordan L. Riggins of Lebanon and Kandy Shoffner (Kevin) of Noblesville; her great grandchildren, Charlie Riggins of Würzburg, Morgan, Sydney and Brady Shoffner of Noblesville; her niece Mindy Pflugi (Joerg) of Switzerland; and her great-nephew Finnegan Pflugi of Switzerland.
