The memory of Donna M. Shumate of Lebanon, Indiana, born in New Ross, Indiana, who passed away on June 12, 2024 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Otis Long and Valla Long (Conner); her husband Ralph C. Shumate; and her brothers, Wilbert, W. A. (Chub) and Darol Long.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barb Hendry of Indianapolis and Karen Sullivan of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Brandy Hooton (Chris Luse), Shawn Rodgers and Shayne Rodgers. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed in her memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
