He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Elton Clark and Rachel Priscilla Clark (Tapp); and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Lee Carlin; his siblings, Leon Clark (Nancy) of Indianapolis, Dee Kindell of Ohio and William "Bill" Clark (Mary) of Arizona; his children, Pam Clark of Lebanon and Gene Clark (Crystal) of Whitestown; his grandchildren, Tiffany Clark Leffert (Leo) of West Lafayette, Andy Clark of Whitestown and Drew Clark of Whitestown; and his great grandchildren, Holly Leffert, Patrick Clark, Kaiden Joseph, Paige Clark and Leo Leffert IV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
