He was predeceased by: his sister Donna Vandivier. He is survived by: his parents, Donald J. Pratt, Sr. (Joyce) of Eustis, Florida and Esther Ruth Pratt (McDaniel) of Lebanon; his wife Kandi R. Pratt (Frye) of Lebanon; his daughter Ashley Van Den (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Grayson and Ashton.
