He was predeceased by: his parents, Meveral Earl Thistlethwaite and Shirley Ann Thistlethwaite (Uhler); his stepson Kenneth Baker; his sister Margery Burkhardt; and his brother-in-law Steven Burkhardt.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Thistlethwaite (Chadwick); his children, Helen Hohne (Matt) and Anthony Thistlethwaite (Ronesia); and his grandchildren, Josiah Hohne, Kiya Thistlethwaite, Eukiya, Jaekiya, Daijon and Jaidon.
