It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chuck Hoover (Lebanon, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Hoover and Betty Hoover (Batdorf). He is survived by: his wife Jean Hoover (McKinney) of Thorntown; his daughters, Diana Oldham (Tom) of Thorntown and Annette F. Martinez of Thorntown; his grandchildren, Andrew Martinez, Danielle Anderson (Dustin), Haleigh Smith (Vince), Megan Oldham (Jami), Carly Junkins (Ben) and Dane Oldham (Jen); his great grandchildren, Jace, Jaxon Anderson, Maxwell, Mia Smith, Everett, Simon Junkins, Vera, Kate and Stella Oldham; his brothers, Michael Hoover (Colleen) of Elkhart and Lynn Hoover of Fort Wayne; and his stepmother Carol Hoover of Fort Wayne.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice or the American Heart Association.
