He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Delaski "Dee" and Carrie Myrtle Copeland (Caldwell); his spouse Bonitta Jean Copeland (Linton); his siblings, John Copeland, Jack Copeland and Mary Lou Redman; his son-in-law Terry Cline; and his grandson Steve Kinsler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia D. McCain of Frankfort, Karen L. Cline of Lebanon and Susie J. Rutherford (Brian) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Andrea Kinsler, Dennis Campbell (Kathy), Chad Peterman (Amy), Michelle Morrow (Brandon), Christy Labrie (Jason), Casey Spencer and Courtney Spidel (Jeff); and his stepsister Linda Woodard of Thorntown. He is also survived by great great grandchildren; one great great great grandchild.
