He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy James and Rosemary Ann Flaugher (Drullinger); and his son James Flaugher. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Flaugher (McPeak) of Lebanon; his children, Tammi Flack (Tracey) of Rossville, Indiana, Melanie Perrine (David) of Lebanon and Kevin Flaugher (Samantha) of Lebanon; his siblings, William J. Flaugher of San Antonio, Dennis H. Flaugher (Diana) of Lebanon, David Mark Flaugher (Diana) of Spokane, Washington, Kathryn R. Stevens of Terre Haute and Lorraine E. Ellison (Jim) of Southport, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Morgan Flaugher, Kyle Cupp, Traci Cupp, Zach Perrine, Camden Perrine, Gage Flaugher, Jordan Harris and Alyssa Harris. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
