She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice R. "Mick" Smith and Barbara D. Smith. She is survived by: her husband Michael Moore of Lebanon; her niece Maurica Cicci (Matt) of New York City; her great-nephew Jackson Felty of Frankfort; and her siblings-in-law, Steve Moore (Pat) of Frankfort, Cathy Hazlett (Doug) of Noblesville, Mary Plaia of Indianapolis and Teresa Nickle of Indianapolis.
Memorials may be made in her memory to the American Lung Association, 115 West Washington Street.
