He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodson Feltner and Rena Annette Feltner Myers (Hapner); and his siblings, Karl Brock and Nannetta Burdine. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Feltner (Rood); his daughter Andrea Nicole Feltner of Brownsburg; and his brothers, Terry Feltner (Karen) of Fishers and John Feltner (Diana) of Las Vegas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
