She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell L. and Mary E Jeffries (Lame); her husband Fred; her son Steve; her siblings, Harvey, Jim, Bob, Ralph, Jerry and Barbara Davidson; and her son-in-law Charles Dale.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Dale of Lebanon, Michael Brennan (Jamie) of Jamestown and Lisa Keaton (David) of Lebanon; her daughter-in-law Nancy Brennan of Lexington, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Adrian Brennan, Kristen Forman (Ben), Lindsey Stitch, Travis Vance, Christopher Vance, Ryan Dale, Kyle Brennan (Carrie), Kayla McNabb (Kevin), Zachary Smith (Clair), Tyler Smith, Elijah Smith and Alexi Smith. She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
