She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Daniel and Betty Rokos Varvel (Shepherd); her son Timothy Culley; her siblings, Karen Hughes and Raymond Pheris; her grandson Michael Culley; and her stepmother Juanita Varvel.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Allen Culley; her children, Lana Maxwell (Carl) of Thorntown, Gail Culley of Lebanon, Dan Culley (Mary) of Lebanon and Sam Culley of Hazel Green, Alabama; and her siblings, Dana Witte (Ellen) of Thorntown, Carl Rokos (Carma) of Brentwood, Tennessee, Sharon Roberts of Katy, Sandra Taylor of Ontario, Nancy Morris of Lebanon, Andrea Sayles of Lebanon, Carla Bowman (Russell) of Lebanon, Tammy Rokos-Harrison (Gene) of Mesick and Patti Carico (Gary) of Pasadena, Texas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
