She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Pefley and Lois Pefley Bowen (Pauley); her husband James A. Quellhorst; and her daughter Kim Quellhorst. She is survived by: her children, Liza Jackson of Lebanon, Diane Rehmet (Anthony) of Cloverdale, Rhoda Vanausdall (Steve) of Lebanon, James Quellhorst (Tina) of Lebanon, Martin Quellhorst of Lebanon and Jason Quellhorst (Rhonda) of Shelbyville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
