She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Nelson and Anna Ruth Clemens (Essex); her brother Jack Clemens Jr.; and her close friend Denise York Mclaughlin. She is survived by: her husband Chad E Warren; her son Craig M. Warren; her siblings, Jim Clemens (Angela) of Lebanon and Beth Clemens Forsythe (Ron) of Lebanon; her sister-in-law Carla Clemens of Frankfort; and her nieces and nephews, Jack Clemens III (Kelly), Scott Clemens (Diane), Ben Forsythe (Casey), Cari Estes (Eric), Angie Coddington (Chris), Jami French and Sara Forsythe.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to Jack's House for Alzheimer's, 1405 E ST RD 32, Lebanon 46052 as the Clemens family has raised money endlessly for the past 15 years to honor the memory of their Dad or to the charity of choice.
