She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawson Buford and Elsie Pfaff Buford; her husband Dennis Vernon Sheckells; her children-in-law, Cletus Cash, Gary Lee Miller and Janice Sheckells; and her sisters, Phyllis Pierce, Hazel Lindsey and Norma June Buford.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Sheckells (Sharon) of English, Dennis V. Sheckells, Jr. (Tammy) of Leavenworth, Yvonne Miller of Springfield and Judith Cash of Leavenworth; and her siblings, Gerald Ray Buford of Ranson and Wanda Gayle Buford of English. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and many great and great great grandchildren.
