He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Gene. He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Hills; his children, Adam Lutz, Andrew Lutz, Ricky Lutz, Alex Lutz and Rikki Bline; and his sister Debbie. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
