He was predeceased by: his father Sanford D. Womack; his sister Sandra Lynn Strawser; and his nephew Cory A. Blocker. He is survived by: his daughter Melisa Biddle (Troy) of Leavenworth, Indiana; his siblings, Betty J. Blocker (Ronald Sr.) of New Salisbury, Indiana and Douglas D. Womack of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Paige, Lindsey and Josie; and his great grandchild Collins.
