He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Franklin LaHue; his wife Barbara Landers LaHue; and his brothers, Elmer "Frankie", Melvin, Sam and Herschell LaHue.
He is survived by: his sons, Bruce LaHue of Corydon and Troy LaHue of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his brother Earl LaHue (Sharon) of Leavenworth; his grandchildren, Samantha Newton (Josh), Alaina LaHue and David LaHue; and his great grandchildren, Maddox and Evaline Newton.
