He is survived by: his wife Julie Moonitz Smith of Lawrenceburg, IN; his son Brady Smith (Ashley) of Cresview Hills, KY; his stepsons, Ben Espelage (Kelly) of Cincinnati, OH, Sam Espelage (Shannon) of Cincinnati, OH, Aaron Espelage (Allie) of Cincinnati, OH and Matthew Espelage of Lawrenceburg, IN; his siblings, Greg Smith (Kay) of Okeana, OH, Doug Smith (Diane) of Bradenton, FL, Thomas Smith (Sharon) of Mt Carmel, OH, Rick Smith (Gene Allen) of Morrow, OH, Tina Tate (George Parga) of Carthage, OH and Pam Ivey (Gary) of Carthage, OH; and his grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Mason Smith, Nolan Espelage, Finely Clements, Aven Smith, Kendall Espelage, Kaleb Espelage, Jocelyn Espelage and Sawyer Darling.
