He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lewis (Bryant); his brother Wesley Lewis (Monica) of Cin, OH; his nephews, Zach Lewis, Jonah Lewis (Nicole), Andrew Lewis and Kyle Bryant; his niece Kayla Richardson (Norman); his parents-in-law, Ray and Margaret Bryant; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Bryant (Paula) and Lisa Bryant.
