He is survived by: his parents, Vern Waltz (Mary Ellen) and Peggy Waltz (LeVon Winters); his wife Teri Waltz (Schuld); his son AJ Waltz (Brittany); his granddaughter Charleigh Waltz; his sister Kim Waltz Powell; his nephew Jacob Powell (Ashley Hall); his great-niece Kimber Powell; his mother-in-law Mary Jo Schuld; and his cousins, Sabrina Jahnigen (Cabot) and Kevin Sule (Kristal).
There will also be a donation box at the Open House.
