It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Porter of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, born in Milan, Indiana, who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Steele and Mable Steele (Grubbs); and her husband Howard "Jake" Porter. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Porter (Tisha) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Brent Porter (Dora) of Lawrenceburg, IN; her sister Judy Cheek (Mike) of Aurora, IN; and her grandchildren, Dylan Porter, Noah Porter, Caleb Porter, Zach Porter, Ben Porter, Mindy Willen (Dan), Jamie Fisher (Nick), Griffin Wilzbach and Katelyn Wilzbach. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
