It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Magdaline Mumfrey of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Sama and Lenora Sama (Napier); her husband Rino Mumfrey; her sons, Benjamin Dante Mumfrey and Antonio Glenn Mumfrey; and her siblings, Ruth, Martha, Evelyn, Lucy, Carlo and Charlie.
She is survived by: her children, Lenora Watson (Greg) of Cincinnati, OH, Louise Burress (Joseph) of Lawrenceburg, IN, Linda Mumfrey of Lawrenceburg, IN, Claude Combs (Jeanie) of Campbellsburg, IN, Mario Mumfrey (Sherry) of Cincinnati, OH, Silvestro Mumfrey (Laurie) of Aurora, IN, Lougino Mumfrey (Missy) of Cincinnati, OH and Geraldino Mumfrey (Nancy) of Cincinnati, OH; her daughter-in-law Sheryl Mumfrey (late Benjamin Dante Mumfrey) of Hamilton, OH.; and her siblings, Viola Gilstrap, Betty Daugherty, Joe Ben Sama, Henry Sama and Salvatore Sama. She is also survived by 26 grand children, 65 great grand children and 26 great-great grandchildren.
