Cook (Lawrenceburg, Indiana), born in Guilford, Indiana, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Cook of Greendale, IN; her daughters, Diana Sontag of Bright, IN and Terri Dillard (Larry) of Greendale, IN; her brother Norman "Buddy" Anderson of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Greg Dillard (Robin), Melissa Knight (Brian), Traci Jansen (Andy), Scott McAdams and Jodi Lovell; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle, Ashley, Evan, Lexi, David, Tug, Logan, Luke, Travis, Alyssa, Natalie and Kaylen; and her great great grandchild Valeria.
