She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. and Thelma Hardsaw Sr. (Kopp) of Hamburg, Indiana.; her husband Marvin A. Burt; her daughter Amy D. Unsworth; her stepson Marvin M. Burt; and her siblings, Donald, William "Billie", Newell and Janet.
She is survived by: her children, Trent Peyton (Joan) and Jeana Mastruserio (David); and her stepchildren, C. Shawn Burt, Sandra Richert, Pamela Burt, Deborah Tyler, Donna Sanders and Melissa Burt. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
