She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Doctor and Elma Doctor (Blakey); her brother James Doctor (Dorothy); and her granddaughter Jessica Vulgamore. She is survived by: her husband Roger Bipes; her children, Timothy Bipes (Linda) of Madison, IN, Thomas Bipes (Kris) of Greendale, IN and Trisha Vulgamore (Donald) of Springboro, OH; her brother Roger Doctor (Carol) of Muncie, IN; and her grandchildren, Angie Imel, Deron Boggs (Samantha), Kyle Bipes (Jessica), Elizabeth Anderson (CJ), Rachel Bryant (Alec), Kristen Vulgamore, Olivia Lamb, Abbey Shelton (Logan) and Alex Gilb (Elizabeth). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Janice was a past board member of the United Fund and was on the RSVP original board.
