He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred William Pavey and Mary Pavey (Jenner); his son James R. Pavey; and his siblings, Betty Doughman, Robert Pavey, Ruth Pavey, Rose Murphy and John Pavey.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Pavey (Neal); his children, Tonya Albright, Cassandra Klepinger, Samantha Kennedy, Christopher Fausz (Shannon), Shaun Fausz and Lysandra Neal (Tony Mananello); his siblings, Helen Owens (Phil), Tom Pavey (Shirley), Georgia Pavey, Mary Lou Sieben (Doug), Charles Pavey (Joan), Dottie Roth (Bill) and Camille Pavey; and his grandsons, Noah and Silas Lowe.
