He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Couch and Lucy Couch (Johnson); his son Garrett Wayne Couch; and his siblings, Oscar Couch, Willis Couch, Billy Joe Couch, Betty Walton, Dorothy Sparks and Mary Jane Lambert.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Couch of Lawrenceburg, IN; his children, Frederick Wayne Couch II (Amanda) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Gina Couch (Holly Wachtel) of Plainfield, IN; his siblings, Leroy Couch (Sharmer) of Aurora, IN and Shirley Wheeler of Aurora, IN; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Couch, Jacob Couch, Nathan McConnell, Sara McConnell, Brady Wachtel and Garrett Wachtel; and his great grandchild Greyson Tate Poe.
