He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hermanek and Elizabeth Hermanek (Gubas); and his son Craig Richard Hermanek. He is survived by: his wife June Elizabeth Hermanek of Lawrenceburg, IN; his children, Frank Hermanek of Apalachicola, FL, Laura Turco (Anthony) of Hamilton, OH, Barbara Osborne (Randall) of Erlanger, KY, Christine Donovan (Jay) of Burlington, KY, Lisa Burley (William) of Bend, OR and Gwen Lanyi (Greg) of Burlington, KY; and his sister Barbara Morin (Arthur) of Riverhead, NY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
