He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hester and Ethel Hester (Gulley); and his siblings, Kenneth, Lowell and Maxine.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Hester; and his children, Philip Hester of Bedford, IN, Timothy Hester (Rhonda) of Wheatfield, IN and Teresa Wilson (Todd) of Mizzoula, MT. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
