She was predeceased by: her parents, William Watkins and Laura Watkins (Walters); her husband Eddie Brown; and her sisters, Juanita Merrill, Shirley Fugate, Betty Harney, Geneva Williams, Pauline Howe and Bea Dickerson.
She is survived by: her caregiver Pam Rickett of Madison, IN; her sons, James Brown (Debbie) of Moore Hill, IN and Danny Brown of Greendale, IN; her siblings, Glenn Watkins (Marceda) of Bennington, IN, Christine Taylor of Hebron, KY, Loretta Wilson (Tim) of Independence, KY and Carol Sue Wilcher of Stanford, KY; and her grandchildren, Jamie Brown, Shannon Brown, Scott Brown and Andy Brown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
