He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Workman and Mamie Pearl Workman (Armstrong); and his brothers, Charles Workman, Bob Workman, Donald Workman and Gerald Workman.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Workman of Lawrenceburg, IN; his children, Robert Dale Workman (Natalie) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Rae Ann Howard (Brandon Batchelor) of Lawrenceburg, IN; his grandchildren, Caleb Howard (Olivia), Gabrielle Smith and Alayna Rain Workman; his great grandchildren, Tucker Smith and Carson Howard; and his brothers, Bill Workman, Arthur Workman and David Workman.
