She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Harmon (Chris Foster) of Union, Kentucky and Eric Harmon (Christina Orr) of Erlanger, KY; her grandchildren, Tramen Harmon, Aidan Campbell, Alexis Campbell and Austin Fryman; her siblings, Karen Fields of Aurora, IN and Dennis Harmon; her nephew Skyler Harmon; and her great-niece Luna Harmon.
