She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry S. Bentley and Ellen Bentley (Franklin); her husband Thomas Lampert; her children, Teresa Lynn (William) of Laura, OH and Steven Lampert (Patricia) of Greendale; and her siblings, William J. Bentley and Mary Sargent.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ericka, Andrew Lynn, Briana, Hayden and Seth Lampert.
