He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lowe Sr. and Lula Mae Lewis Lowe; his stepmother Hazel Lowe; and his sister Judy Lowe Crump Curtis. He is survived by: his stepson Phillip Willsey of Laurel, Indiana; his sister Carolyn Lowe Craycraft Yazell of Paris, Kentucky; his parents-in-law, Randy and Melissa Shoemaker of Laurel, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Marsha Cushing (Dustin), Katrina Neukam (Anthony), Randall and Brian Shoemaker.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Mission 22 which assists in suicide prevention for Veterans.
