He is survived by: his daughters, Majestic Sams of Indianapolis and Michelle Harris (Tony) of Pershing; his former wife Pamala Johnson Warner; his close friend Belinda Bolton; his siblings, Arlin Spivey (Amy) of Connersville, Shawn Sams (Melissa) of Indianapolis and Debbie Cook (Paul) of Whiteland; his siblings-in-law, Terry Reece of Connersville and Bonnie Sams of Connersville; and also, Candace Stamm (Chris) of Connersville, Savanna Powell of Laurel and Hanna Durham (Brendon) of Laurel.
